Neal Woolard Realtor, Broker  Hello my name is Neal Woolard. I’m a native East Carolinian and have lived in Greenville since 1991. I grew up in Bath NC, a small town east of Greenville. After graduating from Northside High School I left for the big city to attended East Carolina University. While attending ECU I majored in Exercise Sports Science, joined the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity and played rugby for the Pirates. In October of 1997 I decided it was time to give the real world a try. I graduated from Clayton State University with a degree in railroading and worked on the railroad “all the live long day” for the next 5 years. Spending more time out of town than in, I soon became homesick. I decided that being home at night was more important than railroading so I retired early. In the fall of 2002 I started my internship as a sale’s professional. In October of 2004, I found my calling as a certified personal trainer. Selling healthy lifestyles and helping people achieve their goals is something I do very well. In the fall of 2007, I became a Realtor. Working with my clients in the personal training business and the real estate business has a lot of similarities. Each client has unique goals they are trying to attain. I retired from active service after 41 years, having spent 19 years in Central and South America. Realtor, Broker, Listing Coordinator Born and raised in Jacksonville, NC, I graduated from Jacksonville Senior High School in 1982. I attended Coastal Carolina Community College from 1982-1983 and graduated with a certificate in Electronics Servicing. In 1984, I moved to New York City and worked in a factory maintaining audio cassette equipment. I returned to Jacksonville, NC in 1996 to care for my mother who was diagnosed with Alzheimer disease. In 2002, I moved to Greenville, NC and worked as an estimator for five years at a commercial door and hardware company. In 2003, I married my lovely wife Vicki who has been a great encouragement to me. I decided to pursue the real estate profession in 2007 and am currently a full time Realtor/Broker/Listing Coordinator. I enjoy gardening, bird-watching, camping, playing the banjo, painting landscapes, and Carolina Tarheel basketball. As Listing Coordinator at Jennifer Jenkins Realty, I work with Dan and Jennifer in maximizing the potential of our listings by creatively and actively finding new ways to attract potential buyers. Born
in Buies Creek, NC I moved to Greenville to attend East Carolina
University. During college I worked for one of NC’s top real
estate teams as a team marketing assistant and listing coordinator. After
graduating with a Degree in English and a minor in Communications in
2003, I decided to take my passion for Real Estate one step further and
chose to start my own real estate company. Dan and I have been married
since 2004 and we had our daughter, Scarlett, in June 2007. I am

I was born in
Greenville and I have lived in Eastern North Carolina all of my life.
In December of 2007 I graduated from East Carolina University with a
BSBA degree in Finance, with my concentration being in Financial
Services. I am currently still attending East Carolina working on my
Masters in Business Administration degree. I am a member of Covenant
United Methodist Church, as well as Brook Valley County Club. Over the
past two years I have been working in the Property Management field,
where I have worked with homeowners as well as investors to maintain
residential and rental properties all over Pitt County. I look forward
to helping you with any Property Management needs that you may have.
