Born in Buies Creek, NC, I moved to Greenville to attend East Carolina University. During college I worked for one of NC's top real estate teams as a team marketing assistant and listing coordinator. After graduating with a Degree in English and a minor in Communications in 2003, I decided to take my passion for Real Estate one step further and chose to start my own real estate company. Dan and I have been married since 2004 and we had our daughter, Scarlett, in June 2007. I am confident that my experience in Real Estate and Marketing will help me to best serve you! I worked several years in my father's construction company to put myself through college. After college I worked for 7 years managing test programs for new product development and 2 years designing forklifts for NMHG. I have worked several years as a full time Realtor and specialize in Residential and Commercial Sales, Foreclosures, and Commercial Property Management. I attended Mount Olive College where I played a little ball and then transferred to ECU to obtain my degree in Physical Education. After graduating I married my college sweetheart who I have been married to for twelve years. After getting married my wife and I opened a Halloween Express franchise which we still own and operate here in Greenville. In 2004 we purchased Debu Cafe and have ran it until this past September when we sold it to spend time with our new little girl Piper, who was born in December. We are members of Covenant church and the Pirate Club.I began my real estate career in land sales. At Charlestowne we marketed homesites to retiring baby boomers wanting to relocate down south. | Charles is originally from Charleston, SC. After high school he joined the US Marine Corps and served in Operation Desert Storm and recently got home after serving in Operation Enduring Freedom. He has lived in Greenville, NC since 1995 and now calls Greenville home. He is married and has 2 beautiful children. He started selling Real Estate in 2003, and his discipline and motivation has always been a driving factor to help him succeed. I spent about four years in Davenport, IA where I attained a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management, and helped start Ruhl&Ruhl Property Management.
