1. We pay out an extremely competitive commission split.

By putting more money in your pocket for every commission check, you make more while working less.  It also gives you the ability to be more competitive with your commission when trying to get that listing or close a deal with a client.  Many real estate teams at other firms will take an additional 50% of your commission.  This leaves you with very little for all your hard work.  We offer the team environment and training without asking you to give up any more of your commission.

2. You are a part owner of the business.

Become a part owner in our business without paying a dime because we will return to our agents 50% of the company profits.  Profit sharing is paid out based on the percentage you have contributed to the company and recruitment of other agents.  This allows you to be an owner without the hassle and demands of running a business.

3. One on One Training

We are there with you every step of the way.  We believe there is no better way to learn than to have someone walk you through it as you do it.  We take time to encourage and train you without pressuring you.  If you need any guidance we are always there to help and always put our agents first.  Frankly, we believe we are better and smarter in real estate than our competition and can train you to stay 1 step ahead of everyone else.

Since we own both companies we encourage our agents to take full advantage of all that we offer. 

5. No call duty requirements

We have a sophisticated phone system that helps to free agents from the standard practice of working call duty.  We do not burden agents with having to work the front desk ever and especially on weekends. 

6. NO OFFICE FEES!

Many firms charge excessive monthly fees for rent on a small cubicle even if you work out of your home office plus copier fees and phone fees.  Again, we do not charge you anything to be a part of our team of agents.

7. No pressure environment

We offer a relaxed, no pressure environment.  Other firms may give you a hard time about being a part time agent since they want to maximize their profits.  Not us!  We place having fun and enjoying your job above maximizing profits.  You can truly be your own boss and work as hard as you want or take it easy and maximize the enjoyment of being a real estate agent. 

8. FREE signs & marketing materials

We provide you the signs so you can get started right away without the hassle and expense of buying signs.  We also don't charge for the use of office computers, printers, telephones, copier or fax machine.

9. Work full or part time

Getting the cold shoulder from other firms about being a part time agent?  We understand that transitioning from your current job to real estate is a big decision and if you need to make a gradual switch then we are more than happy to take you on.  Feel free to work from home but if you want to work in our office we have plenty of space!
